Paul Fodor has spent over 10 years working in consulting, startup and senior executive positions.  He is currently co-founder and advisor to I-Insight Ltd and IIN resourcing.  He was formerly a project manager at The Boston Consulting Group, went on to AOL where he was Director Transformation responsible for helping the transition of AOL Europe. He subsequently joined Tesco where he held a number of operational roles before founding I-Insight Ltd to help clients get more value from their data.

Paul has worked across a wide range of industries globally including: B2B, Oil&Gas, Telecom, Retail, Online, Healthcare and Media. His work has involved advising senior executives across a range of topics including Sales Force Effectiveness, Post-Merger Integration, Revenue and retail improvement strategies, running global transformation projects.

Paul’s remit is to support our European clients with their interim project needs; to scope out the work using his depth of consulting experience, to define the duration and suggest the level of candidates required. Paul also provides oversight to active projects to ensure clients receive the quality of service expected.

In his spare time Paul enjoys travelling, road biking, and trying the next great restaurant.
