BJ Clinton is Senior Vice President and North American Director of the Independent Consulting Practice at The Barton Partnership, where he leads growth, delivery, and strategic client engagement across the firm’s consulting solutions in North America.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning executive search, consulting services, business development, and sales, BJ partners with private equity firms, portfolio company leaders, and enterprise clients to align senior independent talent to critical value-creation objectives. Prior to joining The Barton Partnership, BJ held senior leadership roles over a long tenure at one of the world’s largest global talent solutions organizations, where he led strategic accounts and national growth initiatives. 

A U.S. Army veteran, BJ brings a disciplined, execution-focused approach to delivering outcomes that matter most to clients and stakeholders.
