Kirsty Millar

​Kirsty joined The Barton Partnership in 2026, specialising in strategy and transformation recruitment within private equity–backed businesses. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Physiology and Sports Science from the University of Glasgow. Kirsty previously worked across the EMEA private equity market from London before relocating to Australia in 2024, and now covers ANZ.

Outside of work, Kirsty is a fitness and sports enthusiast and can usually be found hiking, playing tennis, training at the gym, or competing in triathlons.
