John Sealy

John joined The Barton Partnership in 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. 

With a strong financial background gained in international companies and a Big 4 accountancy firm, John has a proven track record of accelerating finance and infrastructure within global professional services businesses. His expertise encompasses cross-border team management, M&A transactions, audit, budgeting, forecasting, and all aspects of financial accounting.

John is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having obtained his FCA designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He also holds a Chemical Engineering BEng degree from the University of Leeds.

Outside of work John enjoys playing golf with friends and spending time with each of his seven siblings.​
