Charlee joined The Barton Partnership in 2025, following her graduation from the University of Exeter with a BA in History, where she explored how people and societies have evolved over time. Charlee works in the candidate delivery team at TBP, helping to connect talented people with the right opportunities.
She first got into surfing while at university, and still tries to get out on the water whenever she can.
