Katia graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2025, where she studied English and History. She joined The Barton Partnership as an Associate Consultant in our Candidate Engagement Team in 2026, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, from research to placement.
Outside of work, Katia enjoys going to the gym, dancing, and travelling.
