​Jass leads the Asia Independent Consulting and Consulting Service business, focused on Commerce and Private Equity clients, across strategy, operational excellence, and transformation & change topics.

Prior to The Barton Partnership, Jass was Partner at a Swiss consulting firm, and was responsible for the Asia business. His clients include leading Fortune 500 companies, including Axcel Private Equity, Barry Callebaut, Celltrion, Coty, DSM, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Imerys, P&G, Pfizer, SSP, Takeda, amongst others.

Jass graduated with First class honours in Economics and Business Management from Singapore Management University, and holds an MBA from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania.

Outside of work, Jass runs a small home bakery business, and a travel Youtube channel.
