Raghav Mehra

​Originally from India, Raghav moved to the UK in 2015 to pursue his studies, completing an LLB, an LLM in Intellectual Property Law, and an MSc LPC in Law, Business, and Management. He began his career within professional services recruitment, specialising in the delivery of senior interim, permanent, and independent consulting hires across strategy, change and transformation, technology, people, and data.

In 2026, Raghav joined The Barton Partnership, where he focuses on supporting Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies with critical leadership and transformation appointments, helping clients deliver value creation, operating model redesign, and complex business change programmes.

Outside of work, Raghav enjoys travelling, music, and has a strong interest in real estate. He maintains an active lifestyle through regular training and fitness.
