Emily Farrow

​After graduating in English and American Literature at Kent University, Emily moved to Berlin where she spent a few years living and working in the tech start up scene. After moving back to the UK, she spent the first seven years working for a market leading Finance and Technology recruitment agency in London before joining The Barton Partnership.

Emily specialises in independent consulting Transformation & Change recruitment for the Technology, Media and Telecommunications industry.

Outside of work, she enjoys going to gigs and music festivals, travelling to far away countries, or if the weather is half decent, just bikepacking to her favourite campsites in the South of England.
