Ben Burney

Ben has almost 20 years’ professional experience; 15 within recruiting and executive search within the Strategy and Corporate Development community, serving clients across a range of sectors and geographies. Prior to joining the Barton Partnership, Ben was founder and Managing Director of Sailing Stones, a leading specialist strategy search firm, which for 10 years has supported large corporates, financial institutions, Start-ups, PE and VC firms, to hire high-potential talent. Ben has served clients across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa and South East Asia.

In his spare time, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and children, playing tennis, cycling and following the mixed fortunes of Everton FC.
