Adam joined The Barton Partnership in 2020 and is a core member of our Private Equity practice, hiring into Fund Portfolio Teams and Portfolio Companies.

Adam leads searches for ValueCreation specialists across a combination of Transformation, Strategy, Digital, Data, and M&A hires. He is the lead Consultant for our functional work in Digital and Data Analytics within Private Equity.

Adam previously worked at a global Executive Search firm, where he focused on leadership searches for Digital & Technology executives across the Professional Services and Technology industry. Earlier in his career, he recruited mid-senior level Data & Analytics professionals within the UK across all industries.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys family time with his young son and optimistically follows the fortunes of Arsenal, forever hoping they will return to their former glory!
