Tom Pearce-Higgins

​After graduating from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Ancient History, Tom travelled across Central and South America before beginning his career in London. He spent the last two years working for a market‑leading technology recruitment firm, partnering with Asset Managers, Tier 1 Investment Banks, and a global commodities trading business to deliver senior and specialist hires.

Tom has now joined The Barton Partnership as a Senior Associate within the Central Delivery Function, supporting the Candidate Engagement Team across Strategy, Transformation & Change, Private Equity, Technology, and Commerce & Industry. Outside of work, he’s usually playing football, watching Fulham FC, out on a run, or practising his Spanish.
