Andrew Wilde

​Andrew graduated from Nottingham Business School and spent time as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch in California before starting a career in recruitment. He joined Marks Sattin in their newly formed Management Consulting offering, playing an integral role in helping to establish the specialist team, securing and developing relationships with many well-known advisory firms.

Andrew joined The Barton Partnership in 2013 and leads our Private Equity executive search business, partnering with global funds and their portfolio companies across Europe to deliver time-critical Permanent Search across the value creation disciplines.

In his spare time, Andrew is an avid sports fan, particularly football, with a season ticket at Tottenham Hotspur as well as playing for a team on the weekends.
