Tom Collin

​Tom joined The Barton Partnership in 2025 and is the Director of Private Equity Transformation, where he supports both Funds and Portfolio Companies in shaping and executing on Value Creation initiatives.

He brings 14 years of experience from La Fosse, specialising in Change and Transformation. Throughout his career, he has partnered with CxO-level stakeholders to recruit senior leadership roles such as Transformation and Programme Directors and work with them to build out high-performing teams.

Tom has worked with large enterprise clients across the FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and Fortune 500, as well as PE/VC-backed start-ups and SME’s, delivering a broad range of critical enterprise transformation initiatives across diverse industries.

His experience spans both Permanent and Contract/Interim recruitment, enabling him to deliver flexible, scalable talent solutions across a range of business environments.

In his spare time, Tom loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, and play or watch all sports!
