Alex Dyke

​Alex joined The Barton Partnership in 2023 as a Director within our Professional Services Practice. His remit is centred on expanding our retained Partner search operations across the EMEA region, drawing on over 12 years of extensive professional services experience spanning large, independent organisations and start-ups.

Throughout his career, Alex has successfully executed Partner searches for a diverse range of clients, including global consultancies, boutique firms, and reputable challenger consultancies across EMEA. He advocates for building positive and lasting relationships and is motivated by driving successful outcomes for clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Alex is an enthusiastic (but novice) golfer, a passionate football fan, a dog lover, a red wine taster and a crime series watcher (when his girlfriend is out)!
