Victoria Elgott

​Victoria Elgott is an experienced Occupational Psychologist and is an expert in the development of assessment and selection; performance management; leadership development; talent management; employee engagement and change management. She has 15 years’ experience with several large blue chip and professional advisory firms with an ability to be effective at both stakeholder management and to provide expertise across the whole talent cycle.

To help organisations find the right people and nurture their existing talent, Victoria has designed and delivered succession planning processes, leadership development programmes and is a specialist in the development of organisational competency frameworks for talent management processes. She is also experienced within industry as a Head of Talent & Development.

During one of her projects, Victoria designed the high potential leadership programme for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. This included identifying the characteristics of future leaders and aligning this to the programme’s objectives; design and delivery of the assessment process and implementation of the programme itself.

She has led assessment centres for numerous organisations and is an expert on psychometric evaluation for assessment, leadership and development.
