Charlie Waites

​Charlie joined The Barton Partnership in 2021 after graduating from Bath Spa University with a 2.1 in Business Management & Marketing. 

As a Consultant, Charlie supports the Senior Consultants with searches across Strategy, Transformation and M&A on an Independent Consulting basis. 

Outside of work he is a supporter of Newcastle United, enjoys goings for walks, going to the gym and discovering new restaurants (having recently moved to London from Cheltenham).
