Hugo McNeill Love

​​After graduating University, Hugo began his career in the Coldstream Guards, serving for six years after attending the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.  Hugo joined a market leading boutique executive search firm where he spent nearly 4 years.

He primarily served the US Professional Services market. At Barton, Hugo is part of the US team where he continues to focus on senior appointments across the Professional Services landscape.

Outside of work, he enjoys travelling to new countries and experiences other cultures. He enjoys all sports and is currently training for the Helsinki Marathon.
