Harry Arthur

After finishing his professional cricket career, which included a playing contract in Sydney at the age of 16, Harry went on to graduate from Swansea University. He began his recruitment career in the UK, working with leading firms and specialising in Business Change, PMO, and senior interim appointments.

Later, he moved back to Australia, where he focused on Federal Government and Transformation roles, building strong expertise in high-impact recruitment across Canberra and Sydney. In 2025, Harry joined The Barton Partnership, where he supports clients in delivering cost reduction and transformation programmes through interim and independent consulting hires.

Outside of work, Harry enjoys playing and watching cricket, travelling, and exploring new places whenever he gets the chance.​
