Emma Hughes

​Emma graduated from the University of Oxford in 2018 with a Masters’ Degree in Earth Sciences and has been working as a Head hunter since then. In her previous role she worked with VC funds and their portfolio companies (start-ups/scale-ups in the Tech and FinTech space) to place candidates in a range of functions at a range of levels of seniority. Emma joined the Barton Partnership in May of 2023 as a Senior Consultant and sits within the Private Equity practice working again with a range of funds and portfolio companies. Outside of work she loves the Theatre, especially musicals, cooking and (failing at) fantasy football.
