Dylan Rodwell
Associate Consultant
Having completed his bachelor’s degree at Warwick University, Dylan joined The Barton Partnership in 2023. As an Associate Consultant in our Digital, Data and Analytics division, Dylan delivers permanent searches for Private Equity and Venture Capital portfolio companies and funds across EMEA.
Outside of work, Dylan is a practised studio potter. His ceramics have been displayed in several exhibition spaces, including The Mead Gallery, Coventry. He is also passionate about politics, philosophy and Arsenal FC; all of which are interests he shares with his twin brother Oliver.
