Tom Orr

​Tom joined The Barton in 2022 as an Associate Director in our Private Equity and Permanent division, working across a broad cross-section of multinational Large-Cap, Mid-Market, and Institutional Funds, to appoint the best Executive, Operating and Investment talent across Europe. Prior to joining The Barton Partnership, Tom worked at well-established search firms where he most recently led the EMEA C&I Strategy and Corporate Development practice.​

Outside of work Tom enjoys watching and playing football and golf, and regularly attends Tottenham Hotspur matches. Tom enjoys cooking and travelling to immerse himself in new cultures.
