Kiran joined The Barton Partnership in 2020 and is aligned to the Transformation and Change practice, leading a team focusing on the delivery of Independent/Interim solutions for our clients, which include SME’s, PE-Backed Portfolio Companies and Listed Corporations across all sectors in the UK and Europe.
A seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience working within Transformation and Change, Kiran has worked across 5 recruitment firms in a Contract/Interim leadership role, predominantly within the Insurance/FS and FTSE listed, Fortune 500 space. Kiran has a strong and consistent track-record of delivering results, strengthening the businesses interim offering whilst establishing and maintaining exemplary relationships with clients and candidates.
Outside of work Kiran is mum to her very serious and old beyond her years 14-year-old daughter, however the love of Kiran’s life at present is her black and white Cavapoo, Ludo.
