​Michelle joined The Barton Partnership as a Consultant leading the Financial Services sector across APAC region, partnering with banks, insurance companies, fintech and asset management firms.

Prior to joining The Barton Partnership, Michelle worked with a highly reputable specialist recruitment firm where she partnered with Fortune 500 companies across sectors including Professional Services, Financial Services, Commodities Trading and Manufacturing. She is ACCA qualified and had 3 years of audit experience in a Big Four accounting firm.

She loves travelling and connecting with people over a good cup of coffee.
