​Erwin joined The Barton Partnership in 2021 as a Consultant in the Professional Services & Independent Consulting practice.

Prior to joining The Barton Partnership, Erwin was partnering with multinational clients across the Financial & Professional services industry to recruit for top talent in the region. Before making the switch to recruitment, he worked as a consultant in a boutique consulting firm.

Erwin loves the outdoors and playing all kinds of sports. Also, he is an avid thrill seeker, constantly looking his next adrenaline pumping activity.
