Multinational boutique strategy consultancy, established in 1987 and with 17 office locations around the world. They provide expertise ranging from strategy design to operational execution.  They predominantly work across the Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Automotive, Telecoms and Private Equity sectors.

Despite operating in different regions, the organisation functions as a single entity with collaboration between each of the offices across multiple geographies. The company benefits from not having a rigid structure and therefore does not have the internal politics and hierarchies synonymous with larger firms.

Consultants are offered the chance to progress quickly. Revies are every six months and promotions are based on performance rather than time spent at grade. 

The firm’s objective is to double in size over the next 5 years, and this presents an exciting opportunity for people to contribute to the growth of the business. 


The Case Manager role at is a project leadership role, going beyond project manager to include setting the agenda for the project team, taking the lead in problem solving, and managing day to day client contact, frequently with direct exposure to the MD / CEO level at clients, as well as to the partner team. In addition, Case Managers participate in business development activities ranging from meeting prospects through to writing proposals. We have a strong growth ambition and there is clear scope to advance rapidly from this level.
