​This private equity–backed industrials company is appointing a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to help steer the business through a period of growth and in the midst of a broad, enterprise-wide transformation programs spanning operational excellence, digital modernization, and commercial performance, all aimed at sustainably increasing EBITDA and maximizing enterprise value.

This role represents a pivotal leadership position in a demanding, results-oriented environment where impact is immediate and visible.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the Group CEO, assuming full ownership of the Finance function and delivering the financial strategy required to support value creation and exit readiness.

  • Play a central role in enterprise transformation initiatives, including revenue growth acceleration, operational improvement, cost optimization, and post-acquisition integration.

  • Enhance financial planning, forecasting, cash management, and tax strategy to improve decision-making, liquidity, and overall financial efficiency.

  • Drive the modernization of finance processes and systems, utilizing digital tools and automation to improve accuracy, speed, and insight.

  • Act as a trusted advisor at the board and investor level, contributing to governance, performance reporting, and comprehensive exit preparation.

Requirements:

  • Successful CFO leadership experience in private equity–backed and/or B2B industrial or manufacturing environments driving complex transformation agendas

  • Deep experience across Asia-Pacific, with a strong understanding of local markets, regulatory environments, and cultural dynamics.

  • Proven ability to deliver results under aggressive timelines, leading initiatives that generate rapid and measurable EBITDA improvement.

  • Track record of elevating finance team capability through digital transformation and the modernization of legacy finance operations.

  • History of effective collaboration with high-caliber CEOs and leadership teams to drive enterprise transformation and performance uplift

  • A confident, resilient leader with strong executive presence, willing to challenge convention and drive meaningful outcomes from the outset.
