Overview
An international mobility services company is seeking an Interim CRO / GM to stabilize and begin turning around its US car rental business. The role carries full operational responsibility and reports into group leadership.
This is a hands on, execution focused mandate requiring immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
Assume interim leadership of the US business
Rapidly assess operational and financial performance
Stabilize and mobilize the leadership team
Execute cost reduction and efficiency initiatives
Optimize fleet economics, utilization, and pricing
Improve forecasting accuracy and operational discipline
Coordinate selectively with external advisors
Prepare the business for transition to a permanent GM
Required Experience
Proven turnaround experience in a mid sized business
Senior leadership experience as GM, COO, or CRO
Background in car rental, hospitality, mobility, or asset intensive service businesses
Strong operational and financial acumen
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and pressured environments
Location
On site presence required in Tulsa, Oklahoma, 4 to 5 days per week
Contract
Interim assignment, approximately six months
