Our client is a global firm in the industrial manufacturing sector, with highly customized, make-to-order solutions, supported by a global manufacturing and engineering network.
Our client has a key site in Zhangzhou, serving as both a manufacturing hub and engineering centre. They are looking for a strong transformation leader with consulting background and a spike in Manufacturing / Supply Chain to lead key transformation initiatives. This is a high-impact transformation role focused on driving operational excellence, system adoption, and supply chain performance at one of our most critical production sites. This role will work directly with the Group COO and cross-functional global teams to lead key transformation initiatives across manufacturing, ERP stabilization, capacity planning, and product ramp-ups.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital & Scanning Roll-Out
Lead end-to-end deployment and adoption of shopfloor scanning solutions
Eliminate manual workarounds and ensure full operational integration
2. ERP Stabilization
Drive full adoption and optimization of ERP across manufacturing operations
Oversee design, build, and implementation delivered by IT and external partners
Backlog & Material Flow Management
3. Capacity Planning
Establish and enforce a disciplined capacity planning process
Lead monthly and weekly reviews on demand vs. capacity
Product Transfer & Ramp-Ups
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in consulting / transformation roles
Strong exposure to manufacturing and supply chain environments
Proven ability to drive implementation and deliver measurable impact
Experience with ERP systems
Bilingual in English and Chinese
Willingness to be onsite in Zhangzhou the majority of the week
