We are working with a global Investment Bank, who are looking for a key hire into their central strategy team to directly advise the senior leadership team on the biggest strategic questions impacting the bank. This team has helped the bank weather the current crisis and is now focused on driving the strategy around what the post-lockdown market will look like and how best to take a advantage.
The role will report into the Head of Strategy (ex-BCG) and will focus on supporting the leadership team in the development of the bank’s global strategy, with a particular focus on growth in emerging markets and post-Corona strategy. This position will also lead work streams for strategic reviews, market and competitor analysis and translate overarching group strategy into strategic plans for the bank.

- Previous strategy consulting experience from a top tier strategy consultancy.
- Strong analytical skills and the capacity to identify key themes in high volumes of complex information.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with middle and senior management teams.
- Understanding and experience working in the financial services industry.
- Excellent academics.
