Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio company management teams to drive value creation and achieve strategic objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
3 years of experience in an M&A function at an Investment Bank or LBO experience at a Private Equity Firm.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
Deep understanding of the technology industry, with specific knowledge of Tech-Enabled Services and Software
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and investment professionals.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for investing and technology.
