Our client is a leading, privately owned, leisure business with ambitious growth plans following exceptional success over the last 12 months. Starting from humble origins they now operate across 30 countries with plans to increase that footprint and become a truly global brand, whilst also innovating to ensure they maintain their place at the forefront of their sector.
This individual will play a key role in the expansion plans and future development of the business. Reporting directly into the Strategy Director, and with two direct reports, this person will lead the ideation for all new initiatives the business is considering across, technology, ecommerce, product development, human capital, and environmental impact.
Furthermore, following the development of the business case for new these new initiatives, you will then lead the initial piloting, and ultimately, the roll out of these alongside the operational teams, offering a much more hands-on delivery experience than usually encountered in a typical internal strategy role.
The role offers great exposure to senior figures in the business (CFO, CEO, Managing Director etc.) and an accelerated trajectory out into the wider business. Previous ex-consultants who have joined the business have since gone on to lead business units or are now leading expansion across new geographies.
- 2 – 4 years’ experience (pre-MBA)
- Experience working on projects within consumer facing industries
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent English and additional languages a plus
