Key responsibilities
Design and embed a group-wide operating model
Define and improve processes, systems and KPIs
Support post-acquisition integration activity
Translate strategic objectives into executable initiatives
Facilitate senior stakeholder discussions and decision-making
The profile
Background in consulting is essential
Experience in operating model design and transformation
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
Clear, credible communicator with a structured approach
