A double-digit growth hotel group at the forefront of innovation and customer experience.  This company has recently expanded into Germany in addition to its already existing operations across Asia. Customer is at the heart of everything they do with the launch of new brands and continued investment in their assets to cater to customer needs. This team is building and implementing the strategy - expanding the current network, innovating new brands, and building digital platforms - for the company’s continued success in its core and international markets.

As the company continues to grow in scale and complexity, a more sophisticated data-driven approach is needed. The next generation of leaders needs to 'get' the data, but also have a broad understanding of the commercial operations of the business. This role will not only set you up to succeed in a more senior commercial role in the company, but could also be a stepping stone to a similar role in other parts of the Group.

The Strategy Team is small but high-profile team, headed by an ex-tier 1 consultant. The Strategy Team is seen as a hotbed for developing future commercial leaders, and the successful candidate will be recruited on the potential to be part of the next generation of leaders for the company.

On a day to day basis you will be involved in running and leading the analysis for key projects with the business. This central role will be hugely varied, and so it's difficult to define exactly what you will be working on. However, a number of the projects the team have worked on in recent years include:

- 5 year business plan

- Innovation projects

- International growth (format & growth plans for international expansion)

- Asset Optimisation

- New Brand Network plan

- Operational efficiency

- Digital distribution optimization

- Customer Insight

- 1.5 years of working for a leading Strategy Consultancy

- Strong analytics and comfortable drawing insights from the data

- Ambition to develop into a senior commercial role

- Excellent academics
