My client operates heavily and is a leader in the global consumer healthcare category. The company has grown exponentially through acquisition since inception and this Director level position with focus on driving further growth within the Healthcare business, with the view of building a future executive leader.
The role has been designed to leverage your strategy, analytical and problem-solving expertise, team leadership skills, enabling you to have a meaningful impact on the strategy and performance of their high growth health business, which continues to look for further strategic acquisitions. Typically work will include designing and delivery the long term strategic plans, managing strategic projects across multiple verticals (including Marketing, Sales, and R&D) and driving growth across the portfolio. Furthermore, the company has a unique high accountability, ownership culture who look for results orientated individuals, allowing for overachievers to really stand out and be rewarded.
- Significant strategy consulting experience within consumer goods or consumer health companies
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills – the ability to drive quantitative analysis and very comfortable with fact based / analytical problem solving
- Strong stakeholder management skills – demonstrated exposure to and ability to work well with senior executive teams
- Results-orientated and focused on impact
