They recently helped a Global Insurer launch a new business and the firm led the strategy through to launch in a period of only 8 months.
The Partners are now investing in the growth of the firm and looking for experienced, like-minded individuals looking to step-away from the rigours of a large consultancy or corporate and contribute to the growth of a business.
A manager to support and run client engagements. A manager would be responsible for:
Leading client engagements
Designing structured frameworks to help break down client problems
Analysing large datasets, creating reports and business cases
Creating practical and pragmatic strategies and plans for clients that demonstrate a robust understanding of the practicalities of delivery
Creating project deliverables
Managing junior members of the team
Managing and building client relationships
Working with implementation teams to turn strategy into reality
Developing the company brand and position in the marketplace
Prior experience in a top-tier consulting firm with strong project management, strategy development and client management experience.
Experience in leading end-to-end client engagements with Partner support
P&C insurance industry experience either as a consultant or in the industry
Experience of leading teams
