Our clients include globally listed companies across all sectors/industries: SME’s, Strategic, Innovation & Management Consulting firms. 2020 has seen huge growth in our Healthcare and Life Sciences division, resulting in us having fantastic opportunities for experienced recruitment professionals to join the team. This team is focussed on senior searches across the growth orientated functions, including the M&A, strategy and transformation.

Sector experience delivering searches within Healthcare verticals such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare services, biotech, life sciences or medical devices will be viewed favourably. A scientifically orientated university degree is a plus, however a genuine interest in the space and an appetite to learn the industry, current market trends and key commercial drivers is sufficient.

Your initial focus will be to work closely with our principal consultant to develop an expert network of M&A, strategy & operations individuals across EMEA, all of whom specialise within the Healthcare & Life Science industry.  You will initially start to build relationships within this network, combining individuals that are currently in strategy consulting and M&A advisory, alongside those in corporate roles. This network development will be coupled with initial delivery of live searches and supporting the principal consultant with market insight and mapping where required.

You will have proven delivery experience within exec search/retained business and a baseline understanding or interest in the core skillset focus covered by The Barton Partnership. You will have desire to lead and take ownership for the delivery of searches, as well as build your own relationships within the industry and develop your business development toolkit over time.
