The role of Transformation Lead is to facilitate the delivery of projects in the transformation roadmap. This role requires a broad range of skills including Influencing, Portfolio Management, Programme/Project Management, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Change Manager to ensure the on-time, on-quality, on-budget execution of both digital and traditional projects. As such, the role has a wide range of responsibilities offering a significant learning and career enhancement opportunity.

As projects are a combination of Digital and traditional projects, both traditional project management experience, and Agile experience will be needed. The projects can range from RPA, Big Data and mobile development through to cross-sell optimisation, organisational change and offshoring.


- Collaborate with country leadership to define the country transformation programme to align with the group and country objectives

- Creating actionable plans with vendors and internal teams

- Manage a portfolio of projects being executed

- Create and ensure governance of projects

- Collecting and preparing material for steering committees

- Provide guidance and direction on projects

- Providing guidance and direction on change management

- Running working groups and daily stand-ups

- Assessing the critical paths of project plans

- Work with data to create project proposals, business cases and diagnose problems

- Project spend management and reporting

- Preparing material for country and group leadership presentations

- Provide support for tactical activities and initiatives

- Coaching and guiding BAU teams on change initiatives and ways of working

- Set the direction and help to design future models of operation (Business Architecture)

- Actively participate in Digital projects and be comfortable with highly technical discussions and problem solving

- Support the implementation of group standards and approaches


- Previous Project Management and Business Analysis experience 

- English speaking
