I’m working with a well-known UK brand, that has thrived at the heart of high streets and local communities across the UK for over 370 years. They’re the UK’s largest retail network, as well as the largest financial services provider in the UK, with over 11,600 branches nationwide – more than all of the UK’s banks and building societies put together.
The organization is currently going through a significant period of change and modernization, driven by the Executive Team to future-proof the organization and ensure the expectations of the customer are met. The groups’ overall strategic objective is to find £80-£100m in benefits over the next 3 years and this is expected to be achieved via substantial digitisation of the business.
We’re currently supporting the build of an internal consulting capability that provides enterprise-wide transformation expertise. The team initiates and leads change programmes that create value to deliver the overall strategic objectives for the organisation.
They’re looking for a candidate to support the head of function and to play a pivotal in leading critical engagements across the business.]
- Prior experience in a management consultancy firm (or similar)
- Experience having additionally worked in industry is desirable
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in operational transformation; TOM design; cost-reduction; change management
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills
