We have been retained by one of the top Media & Advertising companies globally, who are looking Senior Manager, HR Transformation & Org Redesign. This role reports directly to the Head of Transformation and collaborates with cross functional teams in support of key initiatives and strategic program efforts across the global firm.
Drive key initiatives within strategic program efforts and support related corporate/agency priorities.
Proactively participate in operational excellence and future state design within various operation teams to recognize areas for improvement.
Support data analytics for quantitative insights to improvement areas.
Lead the creation and review of process documentation activities and oversee projects to drive adoption and compliance.
Ensure visibility of project status for both internal teams and agencies though existing company structures.
Support business transformation efforts and participate in process redesign activities, data analysis, and comprehensive documentation of current state and future state design.
At least 5 years of significant business transformation and program management experience, ideally in operational re-engineering and business analysis.
Experience gathering and evaluating information and making actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Experience working in a multi-national organization.
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model
A confident logical thinker who can identify inefficient processes, determine the root cause, and work with the business to determine best practices.
