A private equity backed and globally leading information services firm is looking to add a SVP of Transformation to the team which will be a key leadership position within the organization. As the SVP of Transformation, you will be responsible for designing and implementing key initiatives of the value creation plan and managing the end-to-end process. This will involve tightly coordinating with business leaders and include process redesign, broad commercial initiatives, and operating model changes.
As SVP, Transformation, you will be responsible for:
Analyzing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, designing the target state processes and the execution roadmap to the target state
Driving critical initiatives to completion to achieve the defined target state
Building relationships with key leadership across the firm to set agreed milestones for different transformation opportunities across the business
Providing evidence for all initiatives with data, facts, and analysis
Presenting initiative updates and insights for executive and board levels
Leading cross functional teams and influencing non-direct reports to mobilize resources to get the job done.
As SVP, Transformation, you will have:
Bachelor’s degree in rigorous discipline; MBA from top-tier program preferred
10 – 15+ years of relevant and demonstrated work experience
Transformational toolkit – the ideal candidate will have both consulting and operating experience with a proven track record of driving change within businesses
Capability to mobilize plans around key workstreams and drive change in a strategic manner
A strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
