Backed by one of the leading private equity firms whose investment thesis is focused on digitally facing, high-growth consumer organisations, our client is a highly acquisitive, digitally enabled, international consumer services group, headquartered in London. Embarking on a merger of equals to become a £500m t/o organisation and one of Europe’s leading platforms in their field, they seek to bring on-board a strategic, transformational leader and integration expert who will be responsible for shaping the new business, whilst helping to continue its pace of growth.
Undergoing a merger of equals to become a £500m t/o international organisation, our client is looking to hire a new Integration Director to join their team, reporting into the Managing Director (Bain Alum), with responsibility to developing the integration strategy which will carve out the plan for a newly shaped business, and successfully integrating over an 18–24-month period. You will have support from external consultants along with an integration team.
With the latest acquisition setting the pace for their continued growth in retail presence, they aim to further develop their service lines, alongside digital capabilities through emerging technologies. Whilst initial success will be based upon successful integration, this individual will have the opportunity to continue developing amongst the organisation in line with their growth objectives, likely in a broader Transformation, Operational or International leadership capacity.
Minimum of 12+ years professional experience, inclusive of a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience at a top tier consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG or Big 4 PMO), combined with industry experience​. Whilst sector agnostic, experience in a multi-site and multi-channel, people-focused environment will be highly beneficial
Experience leading on an integration of similar size and scale, or having led significant integration workstreams as part of a large value creation plan / transformation plan as de facto no.2
Excellent with people, building relationships and winning hearts and minds throughout a transformation plan
