This opportunity is within our client’s Digital Consulting business unit. This is a senior, international position to lead the Digital Business Transformation Consulting business in building on existing capabilities to deliver significant growth and scale globally.
The role holder is expected to grow the portfolio of services, strategic accounts and C-level relationships and deliver leverage for wider firm services. The role holder will also be a key partner in driving the business strategy of the wider Consulting business, with other global & regional leaders and through the wider Global Business Line.
Core responsibilities will include:
Competency Development: Defining & supporting a strong competency / capability-building strategy and action plans.
Propositions & Solutions: Identifying & defining differentiated services and solutions for various areas within the Digital Business Transformation arena.
Growth: Defining a sound business growth strategy. Focus on growing the Digital Business Transformation business contribution with higher billing rates and margins.
Practice Management: Managing a diverse team of geographically distributed consulting professionals with different experience levels. Includes setting their goals & objectives, mentoring, career planning etc.
Partnerships: Nurturing key ecosystem partnerships based on product evaluation/due diligence with the objective of building joint revenue streams and delivery capabilities.
Branding: Creating strong market positioning – increasing the firm’s mindshare in the Digital Consulting industry ecosystem.
Design – Led Transformation: leading exponent of bringing design thinking and customer-centricity to solve clients’ business problems; and crystallizing into programs of change to realize client outcomes.
Strategic Thinking: Big picture orientation, conceiving effective strategies to drive growth.
Analytical Thinking & Problem-solving: Ability to comprehend complex scenarios and propose effective implementation plans & solutions to tackle identified challenges.

Experience of leading and growing a Digital Business Transformation Consulting business, gained within a pre-eminent consulting organization in the US/Europe
Relevant experience working as an SME in the Digital Transformation arena, including having delivered multiple engagements, applying design thinking.
Deep understanding of the Digital Transformation consulting market & consulting demand.
Experience leading transformation programs with end goals of business growth and customer experience.
Ownership in Solution incubation and IP-creation.
Experience in consultative selling and creating client business case for value-based pitches.
