We have been retained by one of the top Media & Advertising companies globally, who are looking Senior Manager, HR Transformation & Org Redesign. This role reports directly to the Head of Transformation and collaborates with cross functional teams in support of key initiatives and strategic program efforts across the global firm.
  • Drive key initiatives within strategic program efforts and support related corporate/agency priorities.
  • Proactively participate in operational excellence and future state design within various operation teams to recognize areas for improvement.
  • Support data analytics for quantitative insights to improvement areas.
  • Lead the creation and review of process documentation activities and oversee projects to drive adoption and compliance.
  • Ensure visibility of project status for both internal teams and agencies though existing company structures.
  • Support business transformation efforts and participate in process redesign activities, data analysis, and comprehensive documentation of current state and future state design.
  • BA/BS degree
  • At least 5 years of significant business transformation and program management experience, ideally in operational re-engineering and business analysis.
  • Experience gathering and evaluating information and making actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Experience working in a multi-national organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model
  • A confident logical thinker who can identify inefficient processes, determine the root cause, and work with the business to determine best practices.
