Working alongside the Global Chief Strategy Officer (McKinsey alum), our client is looking to strengthen capabilities amongst their global strategy and program delivery function, a team that sits at the beating heart of the organisation and its transformation, playing a critical role in charting long-term growth, driving both the future of the company, and shaping the industry landscape.
As an integral member of the team (our client is hiring at Manager (6-8yrs) and Senior Manager (8-10yrs), you will be responsible for scoping, driving, and managing key strategic projects in alignment with the company’s corporate strategy across the organisation for our business leaders, alongside driving end to end strategy project design and execution solving core business problems for functions/markets/regions/business categories. 

  • Minimum 6+ (Manager) or 8+ (Senior Manager) years’ professional experience, inclusive of a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience at top tier consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG). Exposure to consumer goods, retail, consumer electronics, retail financial services, telecom or fashion experience will be essential.
  • Comprehensive Strategy development toolkit (Industry analytics, consumer insight, strategy development, business plan development and financial modelling)
  • Strong work ethic and top-notch analytical capabilities – able to move quickly from insights to action​
  • Excellent computer, written, and communication skills​  
  • Curiosity, international experience, cultural openness, and command of English are essential with further language capabilities being a plus
