Our client is a global conglomerate with huge growth aspirations. They are looking for a senior automotive leader for a contract role (3-6 Months) with potential for full time conversion to a C-suite role if the fit is right.
Successful candidate will have experience working in the Australia automotive industry, to develop strategic plan and lead the implementation:
Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
Identify growth opportunities, explore partnerships, and drive market expansion in Mobility sector
Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
Maintain a deep knowledge of the mobility market and industry competitive landscape. Stay abreast of emerging technologies (e.g., autonomous vehicles, electrification, mobility-as-a-service).
Enhance the company’s image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees.
Set financial targets, monitor performance metrics, and drive revenue growth.
Cultivate a positive organizational culture and promote talent development.
Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory and environmental challenges, leveraging technology and innovative solutions to address them
Deliver exceptional mobility experiences and build brand loyalty
