The Barton Partnership has been retained by a successful mid-market Private Equity Fund to hire a Principal focusing on Portfolio Value Creation.

The successful hire will work with Deal Partners and Portfolio company ExCo to drive sustainable Transformation initiatives across the deal life cycle. Key value creation levers include M&A (carve-outs, bolt-on acquisitions), Digital, Automation, New Product & Geography, Commercial Excellence, and Cost Reduction.

The fund predominately invests in B2B businesses within Healthcare, Technology, Resources, and Sustainability, across Europe and the US.

Desired profile is a background in top-tier Strategy consulting, plus c. 2 years of Transformation / PMO experience within Private Equity (Fund or Portfolio). Also interested in speaking to individuals with demonstrable PE consulting experience with a well-rounded Transformation focus.

Candidate must be London based.
