As an Engagement Manager you will play a leadership role in the organization, leading junior resources across projects and supporting their professional development through training and coaching. You will have primary functions in business strategy planning, operational performance improvement, and cost optimization in addition to other areas of corporate strategy development.
The Engagement Manager will be responsible for:
  • Conducting market research and performing both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Performing report writing and financial model development.
  • Participating as a member of a consulting team on client projects.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data in support of assessments.
  • Interfacing with clients to gather data and present results of studies and analyses.
  • Becoming familiar with transportation industry data sources and issues.
  • Support the development of company intellectual property.
  • Support targeted business development efforts with new and existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and offerings for the firm.
  • Manage client relationships and engagements.
  • Perform other logistical, administrative or other tasks, as directed by company management.
The Engagement Manager will have:
  • Strong, demonstrable interest in, and passion for, the aviation industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, team management, and teambuilding skills.
  • Comprehension of finance fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel.
