The organisation is an exciting and fast growing boutique management consultancy based in London and was established in 2009 and has seen exponential growth since their inception in 2009. They work across quite a few sector verticals such as Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing & Consumer Business, Energy and Utilities and Private Equity. Project work varies but generally focused towards the strategic/advisory end of business transformation. The organisation has a meritocratic structure with performance reviews conducted on a quarterly basis. They have grown to over 100 consultants and continue to grow presence in the UK, South Africa, San Fran, and the UAE.

ROLE:

Highly capable Manager, with a background in leading complex operational transformation programmes across the Retail or Manufacturing sectors. The role will directly support the Partner and will require taking ownership of client engagements, but also contributing towards further developing the proposition. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Intelligent, innovative and ambitious people with a track record in business transformation across the Retail or Manufacturing sectors.

A minimum 2:1 degree is required, along with excellent communication skills and strong qualitative and quantitative skills. The ability to travel and a flexible attitude to work is key.

Previous consulting experience is essential, with a demonstrable track record, Consulting and Industry experience is wanted.

Key Skills and Knowledge:

- 5-8 years’ experience in management consultancy

- Experience in leading, motivating and developing teams of consultants

- Ability to oversee project delivery, delegate and coordinate tasks.

- Ability to work with clients in an advisory capacity as well as develop existing client relationship.
