They are seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to design and drive a company-wide transformation. The role will lead the modernization of core systems, integrate legacy technologies, and deploy new digital solutions, including AI and data-driven platforms. Working cross-functionally, the successful candidate will help unify operations and build a scalable digital platform aligned with strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Roadmap Execution
Lead the end-to-end execution of the company’s digital transformation roadmap with Phase 1 delivery in the first 6–12 months
Define and implement milestones that support scalable, cross-border digital capabilities and enable the business to operate more cohesively across entities and markets
Oversee the design and implementation of a centralized data lake to unify data and enable enterprise-level insights
Champion system interoperability and API-based integrations across platforms and geographies
Technology Modernization & Integration
Modernize legacy infrastructure and applications while ensuring business continuity
Introduce and integrate new technologies, including AI-driven solutions, automation, and cloud-native architectures
Client Experience & Business Enablement
Lead the digitization of key client-facing platforms, including client portals, ensuring seamless and personalized client experiences
Act as a strategic partner to business units to embed digital tools and capabilities that enhance service delivery and performance
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
Work collaboratively with a highly capable senior leadership across diverse cultures and geographies
Gain cross-functional buy-in through strong influencing skills and high social intelligence
Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and digital thinking across the organization
Requirements
A minimum of 18 years experience with proven success leading digital transformation in a business services environment, ideally in hypergrowth or PE-backed organizations
Strong blend of technical expertise (60%) and business acumen (40%)
Demonstrated ability to consolidate and integrate enterprise systems, design and build data lakes, and enhance and streamline client digital experience platforms
Deep understanding of modern tech stacks, cloud architecture, APIs, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML)
Comfortable operating in complex, multi-entity global environments with a track record of digital innovation, system unification, and client-centric transformation
Comfortable leading teams and initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth settings
Strategic yet hands-on—able to lead high-level planning while rolling up sleeves to execute
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels in a high-performance environment
